The short version
We do not ask for your name, email or any personal documents. The eligibility checker runs entirely in your browser; your answers are not sent to us or stored.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or track you across sites; it records basic page view information such as the page, referrer, browser type and country. We may also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used (for example, where people click and scroll). Clarity uses cookies and may collect device and usage data; Microsoft processes it under its own privacy statement. If enabled, you can block it with your browser's cookie or tracking settings.
Links to other sites
We link to government and partner sites such as CareerOneStop and state workforce agencies. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Children
This site is a general information resource and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
